In her role as Executive Vice President: Group Human Resources, Ms Sibisi is responsible for group human resources, which entails attracting, retaining and developing a highly engaged, diverse and productive workforce. She has more than 20 years' experience in the field of human resources both local and Internationally, having been the group executive for human resources and corporate social investment at PPC Cement.
Ms Sibisi's experience includes 10 years in the information technology sector at IBM (South Africa and Europe) and 7 years at Telkom, making her a well-rounded human resources generalist with strengths in talent management, succession planning, organisational transformation and diversity management, union negotiations and executive compensation. She served on the board of the Institute of People Management in South Africa as a non-executive director and was a member of the remuneration and finance committees. She currently sits on the board of AngloGold Ashanti in Ghana and serves on the Council of the University of Free State.
