The board  believes that it complies with the Value Reporting Foundation\u2019s International Integrated Reporting Framework and that it presents a fair  and balanced view of AngloGold Ashanti\u2019s performance, strategy, risks, opportunities, and outlook. The board is confident that the 2021  suite of reports identifies all those issues considered significant to our ability to create value over time and that it will enable informed  decision-making on our long-term prospects by investors and shareholders in particular, as well as by other stakeholders.
