She served as Group chief executive officer of Absa Group (previously Barclays Africa Group Limited), retiring in 2019.&nbsp; Prior to that she was CEO of Transnet and served as Director General of South Africa\u2019s National Treasury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She recently served as independent non-executive director on the boards of the Public Investment Corporation and Saudi British Bank. She also co-chaired the United Nations Secretary General&#8217;s Task Force on Digital Financing of the Sustainable Development Goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ms. Ramos has in the past served as a non-executive and independent director on the boards of Sanlam Ltd, Remgro Ltd and SABMiller Plc.
