Bruce joined De\nBeers as general counsel and, prior to this,\nwas a partner at Webber Wentzel, a leading\nSouth African law firm. Bruce is also involved\nin various non-profit initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-teal-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-teal-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills and attributes which support strategy and long-term success<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bruce brings experience in strategic consultancy, government relations and stakeholder management. Upon completion of the corporate restructuring, AngloGold Ashanti plc became the successor issuer to AngloGold Ashanti Limited and all members of the AngloGold Ashanti Limited Board of Directors became members of the AngloGold Ashanti plc Board of Directors. Appointment and tenure is shown from the date the director joined the AngloGold Ashanti Limited Board.
