Prior to that, she was director\nof corporate compliance for LionOre Mining\nInternational.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-teal-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-teal-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills and attributes which support strategy and long-term success<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jinhee is a finance executive with extensive\npublic company experience in the areas of\ncorporate strategy, capital markets, mergers\nand acquisitions and information technology,\nparticularly within the mining industry. Upon completion of the corporate restructuring, AngloGold Ashanti plc became the successor issuer to AngloGold Ashanti Limited and all members of the AngloGold Ashanti Limited Board of Directors became members of the AngloGold Ashanti plc Board of Directors. Appointment and tenure is shown from the date the director joined the AngloGold Ashanti Limited Board.
