Upon completion of the corporate restructuring, AngloGold Ashanti plc became the successor issuer to AngloGold Ashanti Limited and all members of the AngloGold Ashanti Limited Board of Directors became members of the AngloGold Ashanti plc Board of Directors. Appointment and tenure is shown from the date the director joined the AngloGold Ashanti Limited Board.
