She also held\nroles as corporate controller, and head of\ninvestor relations and financial planning. She\npreviously served on the boards of PDC\nEnergy Inc and SP Plus Corporation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-teal-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-teal-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills and attributes which support strategy and long-term success<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diana has over 30 years of business\nexperience across multiple industries and\ndisciplines and is a Board-approved SEC\nfinancial expert. She has experience serving\non a variety of boards. Her deep\nunderstanding of accounting, audit and\ncontrol environments derives from knowledge\ngained during lengthy tenures in senior\nfinance positions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-teal-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-teal-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Current external appointments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Director VMO Aircraft Leasing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-teal-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-teal-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-small-font-size is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-f66f9956 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p>*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>On 25 September 2023, the Group completed a corporate restructuring whereby its operations were reorganised under a new parent company, AngloGold Ashanti plc incorporated in England and Wales and tax resident in the UK, with a primary listing of its ordinary shares on the NYSE. Upon completion of the corporate restructuring, AngloGold Ashanti plc became the successor issuer to AngloGold Ashanti Limited and all members of the AngloGold Ashanti Limited Board of Directors became members of the AngloGold Ashanti plc Board of Directors. Appointment and tenure is shown from the date the director joined the AngloGold Ashanti Limited Board.
