In this role, Ms Ali is responsible for Group human resources. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lisa has over 30 years\u2019 experience, mostly in the extractive industries. Prior to joining AngloGold Ashanti, she served as Chief People and Sustainability Officer at Newcrest Mining Limited, which she joined in 2020.
