This\nincrease was largely due to an increase in capital expenditure on tangible\nand intangible assets of $359m, the acquisition of Augusta Gold for $158m\nin October 2025 and $68m less net cash acquired from the 2024 acquisition\nof Centamin, partially offset by $25m in proceeds received from the sale of\nthe entire interest in the Doropo project in C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, $52m in net\nproceeds received on the sale of Serra Grande, $70m received on the\ndisposition of the Company\u2019s investment in G2 Goldfields Inc.
